How to add Company Info
What to include
Since this section is where you add the foundational materials that define your brand and products, it may make sense to also add any other information that you would want to inform every piece of output. For example:
- Messaging and positioning – Updated corporate messaging
- ICP information – Who you sell to at a high level
- Persona docs (optional) – If you have them
Add more information
To add more information, click on Add info → name the information you’re adding → choose between adding a link, text, or a file → add the information → click Save changes in the bottom right.
Heads up Anything you put here applies to EVERY piece of content Tofu creates.
What to avoid
- Product-specific information
- Don’t put messaging for just one product if you sell multiple.
- Campaign-specific messaging
- Don’t put “on-premise migration messaging” if you’re also doing other campaigns.
- Channel-specific guidelines
- Don’t put LinkedIn or Instagram-specific rules (those go in Templates).
- Vertical-specific messaging
- Don’t put “healthcare-only messaging” if you also target other industries.
