What are Assets?
Think of Assets as your content repository. It keeps resources easy to find and reusable across campaigns.
The Assets section has three tabs:
- All Assets
- Image Assets
- Connected Sources
All Assets
This is where all of your assets live, organized by Lists. Choose one system that works for your team and stick with it — mixing organization styles makes assets harder to find.
Recommended organization options
- Option 1 — By channel: Webinars, Social, Blogs, Case Studies, Ebooks, Podcasts
- Option 2 — By campaign: SaaStr 2025, Q3 Product Launch, Healthcare ABM Wave 1
- Option 3 — By team member: Jessica’s Assets, Kelsey’s Assets
Image Assets
You’ll be able to use image assets when personalizing Landing Pages. While you can always upload an image when building a campaign, if you have images you’d repurpose across multiple campaigns it makes sense to add them to the Playbook ahead of time.
Connected Sources
Connecting a source saves you time from manually uploading assets to the Playbook.
How to use
- Click Connected Sources in the Assets tab
- Add a source URL (e.g., yoursite.com/blog)
- Tofu crawls and imports: blogs, case studies, press releases, any ungated content
- Click the Sync button anytime to pull the latest updates
For gated content
- Use the Google Drive integration — give Tofu access to a folder
- Or upload manually (PDF, PowerPoint, MP3, MP4, Word docs, etc.)
Benefits
- Automatically updates when you publish new content
- No need to manually re-upload
- Tofu always has access to your latest content
Heads up
- All uploads appear by default in the Campaign Assets folder
- Pre-set folders let you place uploads directly where they belong
- You can move assets between folders anytime via the three-dot menu
