What are Assets?

Think of Assets as your content repository. It keeps resources easy to find and reusable across campaigns.

The Assets section has three tabs:

All Assets

This is where all of your assets live, organized by Lists. Choose one system that works for your team and stick with it — mixing organization styles makes assets harder to find.

Recommended organization options

Image Assets

You’ll be able to use image assets when personalizing Landing Pages. While you can always upload an image when building a campaign, if you have images you’d repurpose across multiple campaigns it makes sense to add them to the Playbook ahead of time.

Connected Sources

Connecting a source saves you time from manually uploading assets to the Playbook.

How to use

  1. Click Connected Sources in the Assets tab
  2. Add a source URL (e.g., yoursite.com/blog)
  3. Tofu crawls and imports: blogs, case studies, press releases, any ungated content
  4. Click the Sync button anytime to pull the latest updates
